Best Roast Chicken

My Story

When you just need a comfort food dinner and want it to be the best, don't have a lot of time, and everyone will love it!


Recipe/Method


Preheat oven to 450 F

  1. Remove gizzards, etc. from chicken cavity

  2. Fold wings under the chicken and tie the legs together with string and wrap string around the chicken and tie firmly so that the chicken feels solid.

  3. Please chicken in pan to roast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Place chicken in oven for 50 minutes.

  5. That is it! Perfect chicken every time, juicy on the inside and crispy skin on the outside.
